Peter and Piper are two of the loveliest mini donkeys you could ever know. They are calm, sweet, incredibly SMART, and SOOO easy to work with! My five year-old can groom them, they stand perfectly for the farrier, they take halters beautifully, and they love being petted! They are also familiar and get along with all farm animals, including goats, cows, horses, chickens, ducks, cats, etc. I am rehoming them because we are changing our focus and need to reallocate space. They conveyed with the property a number of years ago, and they have been lovely, but we need to change our course now. They have been great guardian animals for us -- not one fox attack when they've been with the chickens. They even tolerate baby goats getting up all in their business, LOL! These are VERY tolerant guys! I am looking forward to finding a lovely new home for them where they will be loved and PROPERLY cared for for years to come! They are about 12 years old, and so they have many happy years left to spend with the right family. They have never had any health problems -- easy keepers! I will also include a hard to find in-depth book all about the care of mini donkeys for your convenience. They are a great "starter" equine. Please feel free to ask questions. Thank you for looking! You will need a trailer, as we have no method of transporting them.
