This is one of the WONDERFUL small Horse Barns made by Mac McGilvary of McGilvary Miniatures of Canton, Georgia. Mac died on Jan. 19, 2006 ---he is remembered for his custom-built miniature horse stables. The toy barns known as McGilvary Miniatures were built from the 1990's era through 2001 and are now considered collectors' items. Measuring 17" wide, 13 ¼" deep, 13 ½" high at the front edge & 9" at the back, the barn is made of ¼" white Birch Plywood----the dowels & pieces needed to complete the interior are present. All that is needed is paint (or stain) of your choice and a brush-----or---it could be left natural!
