The Hemi V8 has a lot of power and payload/towing capacity is very good. The ECO mode shuts 4 cylinders down for fuel economy while driving at a steady speed, but the second you need the power and hit the gas pedal the engine uses all 8 cylinders again. There is a Full warranty that covers mostly everything and could be transferable upon private sale for a little extra (price is what the warranty is worth)
