Our older trailer was totalled but we had replacement cost insurance and so they bought us another one. We have decided to sell it having never used it. It is a 2019 model 267BHSW Jay Flight SLX TT which is called a 30 foot trailer. It was winterized at the dealer. This is a very well designed model with lots of room, dual bunk beds, central heat, A/C, bathroom with toilet and shower, external shower, water heater, lighted awning, fridge, microwave/range/ oven, 4 season insulation, etc. It has 1 pull out. Extras include a new equalizer hitch, electric jack, and 2 batteries. The dealer warranty only applies to the original owner(us) but all the appliances have manufacturer warranties in place. Including the extras the retail price on the unit was $30,515.98 but the actual selling price is listed as $25,536.67. We are asking $19,990 cash or best reasonable offer. Darrell
